Overview

Croatian Peasant Party of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Croat: Hrvatska seljac<ka stranka Bosne i Hercegovine) is the "sister-party" of the Croatian Peasant Party from Croatia and uses the same flag and emblem.
This is obvious from the party Constitution, whose current version was adopted on 2007-03-24:
"Article 4
(1) Party has seal, emblem and flag.
(2) Seal is in the form of the circle with the text "Croatian Peasant Party of Bosnia and Herzegovina", and in its centre is the emblem of the party.
(3) The organizational units of Croatian Peasant Party of Bosnia and Herzegovina also have seals, which along with the name and the coat of arms of the Party contain the designation of the organizational unit and its seat.
(4) The emblem of the Party is the historical coat of arms, and the flag is Croatian tricolour with the historical coat of arms of Croatian Peasant Party in the centre. (5) Name, emblem and flag of the Party are permanently registered.
I personally saw no photos of the flag on the Web so far, but the party site does contain the image of its emblem at   <www.hssbih.co.ba> and it is clearly the same as that of the party from Croatia, so the flag must be the same one, too.
